Microsoft has decided we need to carry a magnifying glass around when doing windows 8.1 installs, the keys are very small and they have black printing on a blue background. I usually talk a photo of them with my phone and then expand to read. This worked well for previous version keys. The window 8.1 keys are ridiculous (IMHO). I had one that I was using that was totally F*&*&#$#($ up. Took it back to my supplier and we all grouped together and tried to guess the character. Not much confidence in the answers I was getting. Then my man Eric tried scanning it at 1200 DPI. The characters became very readable. So when doing install of window 8.1 one should take a scanner a long so you can read the keys. ;-0 Bill Rayment Applitec Systems Inc 1 403 630 4848
