I ususally don't run into drivers problems but this is actually one reason I 
was looking to try ubuntu... because I hate having to deal with drivers.

For instance I am still on my old HP LJ III and unfortunately it seems to have 
died.  But I do need support for both old H/W and new.  I'll need to get a new 
printer I scratch my head wondering if it will work or if I'll be swearing.
