FOG is one of those things that could be 5 minutes or 5 hours, it
really depends on how far down the rabbit hole one wants to go.  The
install is well covered by the documentation, so at the very least a
brief demo and quick showcase of some of the customizations that you
could do.

I would hesitate to say that it is twice as fast as the competition
since they are all going to be limited by disk and network IO.  In my
experience that has always been the main bottleneck.  More capable is
certainly true, especially when you can integrate other tools like
systemrescuecd, spinrite, WinPE etc.
