It is in good working order with 2 GiB of RAM. This is a dual core Atom on a mini-DTX form factor motherboard making it sightly larger than a mini-itx board (in other words it may not fit into a mini-itx case).
It is passively cooled. There is a single 1x PCIe slot and a single PCI slot. Let me know if interested.
