Not that this would be a surprise, since it has been planned for quite a while now, but it just came online. It's funny how Linux has become so prominent in the supercomputing market that it's not even mentioned in the top500.org announcement. Achieving 1PF/s is an amazing milestone. Now, if only I could make it to the "open house"...
