I work in the service department for a company that manufacturers embedded 
systems and various hardware like Single Board Computers
One of the customers of the company I work for uses RedHat and has some extra 
proprietary drivers for their Satellite hardware etc. I assume a custom  
install on the SBC you pick would be in order. When I last looked, SBC's 
seemed a little too pricey for me.
I am not in the sales department, but if you tell me what you want to do with 
it, I could look into what make and model looks best and what they could do 
for price. Feel free to shop around.
