Even this age of laptop are fairly locked down.... ie. have to replace the chip 
if you don't know it.

If you know the BIOS password you should be able to get the thing to boot from 
CD or external drive. I'm guessing the other is the password for the harddrive 
(which I believe is easier to crack).
