[clug-talk] SPAM blacklist proxy?

Does anyone know of a blacklist proxy program? I would like to have my own local database built by proxy to reduce the amount of bandwidth and time to check a message.

I have found many blacklist programs but none that proxy, or maybe they have that as a feature but do not list it.

I would love it to be a Perl program that uses MySQL.
