There is "Shaw High Speed-Lite Internet" Check here: http://www.shaw-cable.com/internet_services/ It is quite slow :-) and atleast it does not take the phone line away. I understand that Telus also offers dialup. Also http://www.nucleus.com/dialup/ has a pritty good offering here. But i guess you have to get the modem yourself ...
