I'm not sure if I'm understanding you correctly, but you can use
http://www.dyndns.com/ to get a domain name for your dynamic ip address.
They do have a linux client that will contact the server when your ip
address changes. If your only looking to remote administer a single box
on your network, then just use port forwarding. For example you could
forward port 23 to 192.168.1.100. Of course once your in, you could use
ssh to log into the rest of the boxes on the network.
