Hello Michael Gale,

I looked in the lock file and found the following:
Lockdata
User=michael
Host=fidelio
Stamp=38C3AD9EDBCC6572ADADF9FC29901DC5
Time= Wed July 6 16:49:39 2005

I then deleted the .lock file and tried again and got the following:
Locdata
User=michael
Host=fidelio
Stamp=10671903C083B28100019137598D64BC
Time=Wed Jul 6 20:27:16 2005

So every time open office is started up a new lock file is created, even
if I delete the old lock file.

I hope this helps,

Thanks in advance,

Michael Walters
