Recently on Shaw I have noticed the following:
I will be accessing a web site through out the day and all of a sudden
all connectivity to that IP is gone, it is like that IP no longer exists.
I believe last Thursday or Friday a huge part of the SW was with out
internet as Shaw was "upgrading" or what ever ...
