okay, so somehow, one of the apache files... is trying to load
mod_php4.c twice.... any clues to where i can find that out?

trying to deleted the httpd.conf in lee folder... no avail...
that, and no matter what i try and do, as admin, os x (in cmd line)
keeps telling me i'm not allowed to edit files, copy, them, or delete
them.
any clues?
