Hi Dan, The bugs cloudstack-83 looks very similar to https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLOUDSTACK-647. A fix for this was checked in 4.1 branch. However, it was only tested for XenServer and not for xcp. Not sure, but a similar change may be required for xcp too (probably in xcposs/vmopsSnapshot script). Will it be possible for you to try out 4.1 branch and see if the issue is reproducible?
