Hi all, I found on Jira that CLOUDSTACK-83 back closed, but i can reproduce it 100 %. Setup is not standard - cs-4.0.0 + XCP 1.6.10. Maybe it will help to avoid that issue in future. Im ready to provide any logs. Let me know.
