Hi Chiradeep, Here is the FS link for AWS Style health checks https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/CLOUDSTACK/AWS+Style+Health+Checks I have added NetScaler Nito API classes to the FS. API's starting with "Configure" as used to create devices like (configureF5LoadBalancer, configureNetscalerLoadBalancer , etc) I had modified the API Command from configureLBHealthCheck to createLbHealthCheck.
Sorry I didn't get your question in the below thread. Note that FS's are being posted under https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/CLOUDSTACK/ And that one already is here: https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/CLOUDSTACK/Load+Balancer+Health +checks On 1/7/13 11:30 PM, "Rajesh Battala" <rajesh.batt...@citrix.com> wrote: >Hi Chiradeep, > >I would be supporting NetScaler and HAProxy. >First I would be working on NetScaler and then haproxy. >I don't have permission to create branch in asf, I would be cloning asf >master in git hub and will work on it by regularly rebasing the repo >with master. > >I will update NS API's in the FS. > >Thanks >Rajesh Battala > > >-----Original Message----- >From: Chiradeep Vittal [mailto:chiradeep.vit...@citrix.com] >Sent: Tuesday, January 8, 2013 12:32 PM >To: CloudStack DeveloperList >Subject: Re: [ASF4.1] [Discuss] health monitoring for load balanced >instances > >Thanks Rajesh. >Is the feature going to be supported only with NetScaler devices? >There's a few places where it says Virtual Router. > >Features should be developed on feature branches. >Can you document the exact API? >IIRC, there is no other CS API that begins with "configure" > > >On 1/7/13 10:53 PM, "Rajesh Battala" <rajesh.batt...@citrix.com> wrote: > >>FS is created for this feature at >>https://cwiki.apache.org/CLOUDSTACK/aws-style-health-checks.html >>This is initially discussed in the ticket >>https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLOUDSTACK-443 >> >>Thanks >>Rajesh Battala >> >>-----Original Message----- >>From: Manan Shah [mailto:manan.s...@citrix.com] >>Sent: Saturday, December 22, 2012 4:37 AM >>To: cloudstack-dev@incubator.apache.org >>Subject: Re: [ASF4.1] [Discuss] health monitoring for load balanced >>instances >> >>I have added a requirements page under 4.1 for this requirement. >> >>https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/CLOUDSTACK/Load+Balancer+H >>e >>alt >>h >>+checks >> >>Regards, >>Manan Shah >> >> >> >> >>On 12/18/12 7:59 PM, "Rajesh Battala" <rajesh.batt...@citrix.com> wrote: >> >>> >>> >>>-----Original Message----- >>>From: Rajesh Battala [mailto:rajesh.batt...@citrix.com] >>>Sent: Wednesday, December 19, 2012 9:21 AM >>>To: cloudstack-dev@incubator.apache.org >>>Subject: RE: [ASF4.1] [Discuss] health monitoring for load balanced >>>instances >>> >>> >>>-----Original Message----- >>>From: Alex Huang [mailto:alex.hu...@citrix.com] >>>Sent: Wednesday, December 19, 2012 4:38 AM >>>To: cloudstack-dev@incubator.apache.org >>>Subject: RE: [ASF4.1] [Discuss] health monitoring for load balanced >>>instances >>> >>>> One question that I have though, which may be off topic to the >>>> specific proposal.
