I have added NetScaler Nito API classes to the FS. 
API's starting with "Configure" as used to create devices like 
(configureF5LoadBalancer, configureNetscalerLoadBalancer , etc)
I had modified the API Command  from configureLBHealthCheck to 
createLbHealthCheck.
