Hi Sebastien,

It definitely makes sense to enable Elastic IP and implement Security
groups with OpenFlow. It is one of the to-do items we would like to
contribute to cloudstack after finishing the basic network isolation.

I am new to CloudStack and don't know much about the agent simulator. I
would love to discuss it with you once I get to know more about CloudStack.
