Actually, we do: http://incubator.apache.org/cloudstack/software/features.html It's just not hooked up in the navigation on cloudstack.org. And it may need updating. I can add that, though we've had some feedback that there's too much on the navigation. Maybe this should live on the wiki, but I really don't think so (I don't really want to send prospective users to the wiki for something this basic.)
