Likely not until January at the earliest…..   Infrastructure has committed to 
supporting the "auto-export" sites through the end of the year and that's it.   
Upgrading to 4.x would require a re-write of the auto-export stuff which 
doesn't seem like a good effort considering it's going away soon.

In anycase, not "timely" for Cloudstack….
