I'm glad to hear that HTML-based documentation is of interest. To answer your question "Do you think there is any possibility of that happening?" the answer is definitely "yes" as I am working on it right now, along with another contributor, Radhika PC. We will be checking XML versions of the existing CloudStack tech docs in to git, and running it through Publican (Fedora) to create various outputs including HTML. We plan to post the HTML on the CloudStack docs website. We will need a bit of coding to (1) automate our Publican build and (2) automate uploading the HTML to the website. The repos we are using are https://github.com/CloudStack/cloudstack-docs and https://github.com/CloudStack/publican-cloudstack. Of course we will move those onto Apache repos at some point soon. I hope this information is helpful. Jessica T. CloudStack Tech Pubs
