Thanks that's clearer now. Somehow I understood that output-to was supposed to be relative to output-dir.
One thing that prevents me to use optimizations :none is that the generated js are not as straightforward to use as with others optimizations: you need to manually include some js files (at least goog/base.js) and call goog.require.
