Yup, autodoc is not run automatically on every commit/build so the generated docs tend to lag a little behind the source code (for all contrib libraries). What's currently on http://clojure.github.com/java.jdbc/ is pretty close to the current state of 0.3.0-alpha1. The biggest difference is that the associated documentation (linked from that page) shows the old API in examples and that has all been rewritten recently to use the new API.
