Sounds a lot to me like begging via a pull request on github for someone to
review and merge it.
Oh no wait, with github you'll have to wait all the time, whereas when the
electronic form of contributor agreement is in place, you won't have to
wait past the initial agreement :-p (unless of course if you give everybody
the right to push on cds)
