I consider that :
- this clojure user groups page is a total duplication of the page on
dev.clojure.org, with no additional value in its content
- plus, there are approx. 400 people with a signed CA here which have the
ability to add a user group the the dev.clojure.org page if someone asks
for anywhere known ( google clojure group, irc, etc.),.

Clojure Docs is to me a pragmatic answer to the fact that some
clojure.orgcontent is more in a reference material shape than a
beginner friendly
shape, plus it uses more modern ways to contribute content which is good
for content heavy stuff.
But I see no value to it when it only duplicates reference information
without adding value by easing the access to beginners by either
centralising it properly or using a different approach to presenting things.

And overall, I really *hate* the idea that now people will get confused
because there are 2 URLs on the internet where Clojure User Groups are
listed. This is *nonsense* to me.

HTH,
