One week ago on windows. install latest stable Emacs. install Emacs starter kit. M-x package-install clojure-mode
lein plugin install swank-clojure 1.3.1 Be sure to remove any old swank-clojure from your plugin dir. invoke M-x clojure-jack-in from a project Works for me atleast.
