Thanks, Laura Brokans laura.brok...@avidtr.com 617-951-1886 Responsibilities: * Strong desire to problem solve with a keen focus on strategic scope * Quick study of key server-side technologies and systems * Drive development from conception and design through testing to deployment * Create new features and contribute to existing technology * Take responsibility for software quality, working closely with QA * Trouble shoot complex problems, working with support teams as needed Qualifications: Basic Qualifications * Overall Experience: 5+ years in software development. * 2+ years experience in Lisp and/or Java software development on Linux/Unix platforms. * 2+ years of experience with JVM and/or Java interoperability. * 2+ years experience working with Internet protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP/IP, and/or HTTP. * 2+ years experience with the complete software development process, from scoping to design, implementation, testing, and release.
