Is there anything we can do to improve the speed with which replies are sent to the list, and the order in which they're approved?
I've observed several times my replies being approved after others, despite them obviously being sent before (based on content and timestamps). It's rather jarring for the conversation as a whole, I think, for replies to take hours for approval, and then for some to come out-of-order. Perhaps more moderators would help?
