As a follow-up, the classloading feature talked about in this thread, along with a few extra features and improved documentation with examples is available in version 1.1.0.2.

I had been using GMaven:execute to customize my builds with Groovy, and while that worked very well, I am finding that Clojure produces cleaner scripts and appears to add less overhead to the build.
