Good point, and added to the jmx.clj file comment.

The JMX stuff is being built on edge and depends on post-1.0 Clojure,  
specifically the features added in ticket #131 
(http://www.assembla.com/spaces/clojure/tickets/131-Move-Clojure-tests-from-contrib-into-Clojure
 
).
