Hi Sigrid, I am not really qualified on this one because I am still happily using an old version of vimclojure/gorilla
But I suspect that you are using some stripped down Vim that does not have the features required by vimclojure. I do remember some similiary errors on my mac when I tried using the vim supplied by Apple. Try installing the graphical version (gvim or vim-gnome). That works for me ... however, requirements may have changed.
