Latest SVN r1327 works ok:

user=> (mod 9 -3)
0
user=> (map #(mod % 3) (range -10 10))
(2 0 1 2 0 1 2 0 1 2 0 1 2 0 1 2 0 1 2 0)

Test-clojure runs ok too.
