I'm not sure why you are trying to characterize performance overhead as "issues". Every process running on a server has some resource requirements. I am. Performance engineer and my focus is in getting the most out of every infrastructure server. Hence my question about overhead. In this case we are planning to implement on RHEL and Solaris servers.
