That is correct, I am the only user here, and to the best of my ability, I set the rules since I am paying for the bandwidth. This /can/ be true of every individual user should they wish to help clean up the swamp the internet has become since I posted my first message thru the Princeton server circa 1985 or 86. At 300 baud. I was then 51 years old. So yeah, guilty, I am a genuine oldtimer. But an honest one, who wants to have honest dealings with my fellow man.
