You should be able to change your password to Mailman or Bugzilla to match the other. Running a large identity management system capable of providing single-sign-on across a suite of services is certainly possible, but there's more to it than just spinning up OpenLDAP instances. One does not simply drop in a cluster of AIX or AS/400 boxes to run Tivoli/IBM Identity Manager and call it a day....
