clamconf shows imho compile options, cant remember if it can be disabled, since
i use gentoo where it works
From the Fedora ClamAV spec file (clamav.spec):
#Upstream source includes libunrar that is not distributable.

It is not built in the Fedora RPMBuild process as a result. I build my own RPM
files and don't include it either.
