Thanks for the comments. I am not very experienced with Linux. Is there any ready package for deploying and management so I can integrate with ClamAV win ?
setup linux part to freshclam all needed databases, maybe change databaseroot dir in freshclam, so this dir can be used in rsync on windows then its a matter of rsync crons, and this does not need more support then just that, one other way would be to share databases via samba protocol, where linux is samba client
last option is to use httpproxy in freshclam, but i cant remember if clamwin have it
