I can confirm that this sig is whitelisted in the current
sigwhitelist.ign2 from Sanesecurity.  If you are using that (and if it
is updated), you should be fine.  Just restart clamd so that it reloads
the sigs.

Otherwise, just add put "MBL_200562" on it's own line in a local.ign2
file in the same directory as your clam database and then restart clamd.
