They are signatures that are ignored during the load. $ clamscan --debug /dev/null 2>&1|grep Ign|wc -l 26 Freshclam counts them all. Also if you load only bytecode.cvd there are 13 signatures there, while its count only says 10. I think the count of 10 comes from how many 0.96.1 is able to load.
