Thanks, I've started a new scan from / with clamscan -ir --exclude-dir=^/sys --exclude-dir=^/dev --exclude-dir=^/proc --detect-pua=yes --scan-mail=no --max-filesize=5M --log=/var/log/clamav/scanlog.log Hope that will get the job done, let me know if you see any problems so I can stop it and run a better one.
