and my clamd.conf is:

LocalSocket /var/run/clamav/clamd.sock
FixStaleSocket yes
User clamav
AllowSupplementaryGroups yes
LogFile /var/log/clamav/clamav.log
PidFile /var/run/clamav/clamd.pid
DatabaseDirectory /var/lib/clamav/
DetectBrokenExecutables yes
I must add another parameters in clamd.conf ?
In amavisd.conf I have:
@av_scanners = (

['ClamAV-clamd',

Did you configure the socket to be /tmp/clamd? Check clamd.conf.
