Hi, I have tried with:
unlimit -f 80000
and now on boot I haven't more the error message but, after reboot, in log
file I have always this error message:
Apr 16 11:30:51 mail amavis[2321]: (02321-02) ClamAV-clamd av-scanner
FAILED: Too many retries to talk to /tmp/clamd (Can't connect to UNIX socket
/tmp/clamd: No such file or directory) at (eval 74) line 257.
Thanks.

By increase I meant something more significant, like a factor of ten
increase.
Once you get it working, you can start decreasing to find out how much it
really needs.
40000 is probably ~20MB, which is very small.
