No Dennis, you would just know they are coming from the spammer and
not zombies. Then again, there would be far fewer zombies if people
took personal responsibility for their computers

Checking outgoing mail is pointless. Why bother?
If I were mailing malware, I'd be sure to mark that it had been
scanned,
approved, and was safe to open.
If everyone checked outgoing mail I wouldn't find so much garbage
when I check incoming mail.
