Good - unfortunately the message blamed the remote host and it wasn't obvious
that remote host was your host. My apologies for misrepresenting your excellent 
policy of scanning outgoing messages.

There was no blame. I was taking advantage of your problem statement by making 
an extended point about policy based on your example as it was presented. I did 
say this was controversial :)
