Okay, here's what I did:

clamd.conf entry: ExcludePath ^/sys/
clamdscan /sys :  Tried to scan /sys

clamd.conf entry: ExcludePath ^//sys/
clamdscan /sys :  Tried to scan /sys

Where can I get r4944?
