I just sent Arnaud an email, hopefully he will release an updated securiteinfo.hdb signature database file soon. In the mean time, I did load a sanitized version of securiteinfo.hdb (with all of the malformed signature removed) on my web site. If you simply replace the file in your clamav directory with the one from my download site (but leave the original and the .gz file in the SI download directory, then the sanitized database will be used until SecuriteInfo releases a newer version.
