It compiled on Solaris 10 (sparc) without any problems. It even appears to have detected the endianness right. I have run a few messages through it and it appears to detect things correctly. No warnings or error messages in either the freshclam or clamd logs so far.
With respect to testing. Are you just looking for general use testing or do you more specifically want the new archiving features worked over? Is there maybe a test suite somewhere someone has built or are varying archives of archives an adequate test?
