I looking at where each machine gets their update from. I want to point to
an internal machine that will house the update. I will place the updates
there. I want each machine to look at the NFS share for the update.

So are you looking to change where you get updates from or where you store
the updates? Look at "DatabaseMirror" in freshclam.conf to see where you
get them from and the "DatabaseDirectory" option in freshclam.conf to see
where to store them.
