Open a bugzilla entry, and attach clamd.log/freshclam.log (preferably with timestamps), providing as much detail as you can about your environment. An output of clamd, when having 'Foreground yes','Debug yes' in clamd.conf could also be useful.
I'm just about to kick off a thread about this to see what the developers want me to do to debug this :)
