This will force freshclam to download only the cvd files. This was the
recommended method for those of us who run local mirrors.
Please resist the urge to top-post. Remove the daily.inc directory and
run freshclam manually. It will grab the daily.cvd file as before. If
you're running clamd I'd restart that, too.
