Before I was just doing a symbolic link on my server to .cvd files it
was using and having the clients download those. That doesn't work with

In freshclam.conf,
ScriptedUpdates no
This will force freshclam to download only the cvd files. This was the
recommended method for those of us who run local mirrors.
